Man this install is a SOB. Cussing and bashing is a must haha. I positioned it caster setting "D", which is +2 caster. I will get a alignment tomorrow. Plan is 35s after CMC, then max out LCA positive caster so I'll get back tire space. If you guys have experience with this let me know what you did and the out come with 35s.

Update alignment. Looks like they deceased my caster? Its OK though, after I install 35s I'll get another one at a SPC recommended alignment shop to increase tire space.

I know your pain well. I ended up grinding away part of the flange on the passenger side UCA bolt. Bending the sheet metal wasn’t quite enough. The driver side didn’t require any grinding, but did require the removal of a wiring harness mount screw. I didn’t bother trying to put it back. I hope that doesn’t bite me later.

I thought about cutting part of the flange. I just stuffed a pry bar against the flange and hammered it out. Then spray paint the beat and scratched inner sheet metal. It was brutal. Hahaha

I never thought about repainting the sheet metal. I should check on that before winter.

Since these trucks don't come with adjustable UCAs, most shops will only adjust with the lowers. Fid a shop that knows how to adjust with the uppers first and you'll be able to get what you're after. I maxed out my lowers and told my shop I wanted it kept that way if possible, they were super cool and was able to adjust them with the uppers only, I think I ended between 3-4*.

35s are on my shortlist. I'll be doing a cab mount relocate (CMCs all look hacktastic) and then I'll do 35s.

Yes sir! Toyota and rust is a deadly combination. I don't have to worry too much about it in SoCal, but I try to cover all exposed metal.

OK good stuff! I'll keep that in mind. I have a appointment on the 9th for CMC. I'm going to fit the spare with 35s and test fit. After I'll make adjustments to sheet metal haha
