I've been trying to download the update, but it says it's up to date.

 

I always thought that be a cool idea with a little solar powered pump and drip line setup. The article @BartMaster1234 posted shows how it'd basically be illegal to accidentally leave a cup out overnight in the rain and it fills up lol

 

I posted this on reddit a few years back and an environmental scientist actually chimed in. It's something to do with the little amount of rain NV gets, and if only a fraction of the population diverts the rain water it makes a huge impact.

I dunno, science is weird. Haha.

 

I crossed the CA-NV border through the CA Dept. of Agriculture checkpoint but I actually had a plant in the backseat.
