Morning fellas. Limited out on Cobia on Friday (3), broke one off at the boat, and caught another throwback. Put a lot of miles on the Tundra since I got it back. Feels great and I'm glad it is fixed. I'm pretty sure it drives better now that it did before the whoopsie.

 

Good morning taco friends, scored some 285 Coopers from Craigslist this weekend. Cannot wait to get these AT3's mounted. Current Goodyears are done. Finished the lift as well. 5100's with 887's up front with SPC UCA's and OME medium pack with nitrochargers on the back. Gained 2-2.5 of lift. Now need to get the CMC and find some 17" wheels for the new tires. The suspension was original and needed swapping out anyways. Anyone got some 17" SCS wheels laying around that need to be sold?

Have you checked out the SCS Blemish thread? Might find a good set there. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone actually find the blemish on a wheel yet or if they did it’s said to be hardly noticeable.

 

Yes thanks! I check that thread out weekly. Only have eyes for the F5's and Stealth 6's. Hopefully sometime soon I'll come across 5 blemished ones from those 2 flavors. The excitement of getting new parts is the best. Hopefully all parts show up on Friday for you!

 

Thanks, fingers crossed. Those Stealth 6s are nice. I’m liking the BR6, I like the bead lock looks. I reached out to them asking if how they are put on and if I could get the ring on the stealths... no dice on that one as they rings are built into the wheel.

 

My spare F5 was a blemish. I never did find the blemish.

 

Keep a eye out on the classifieds here on TW. I bought 4 bnib scs ray 10's for $600 bucks off of a local member.

 

Hi Guys! I have a buddy who recently moved out to the DC/Arlington area and wants to start modding his 2017 4Runner, starting with tires and suspension swap. Can you guys recommend any shops in that area? He doesn't mind going to a dealership that deals with this, if it means better peace of mind/warranty.

Did a float from Wingo to the Mill House Saturday with a buddy. Fishin was a little slow, but we found a couple pods of smallies. We each caught 6 or so, all around the same size.

 

After seeing @RobP62 truck in person, I must say those wheels look good. I’ll have to reconsider going with 16s just for those. Nice truck btw and thanks again for letting me borrow the tools.

 

Wash your hand very well a lot of people have used @RobP62 tool.

 

Rob wil let anyone handle his tools. You just have to be gentle and speak in a low, sultry voice.
