Been googling everywhere how to pull the damn thing. Reading i do have more rough starts when the trucks warm which sounds like injectors more.

Scared tf out of myself reading about burnt valves and headgasket issues. I need to pull it tn, can i just pop it out from the fuel rail? If i dont see anything visually then im going to swap injectors and reset

Another horrible experience/example from my life that's a learning tool for the rest of you; make sure your junk doesn't touch the seat of a public toilet. When I was teenager before I ever even kissed a girl I received jock itch (athlete's foot in your crotch) from using a toilet in the gym at school

Now that's more like your immaculate contraction @eon_blue :rofl:

Yes... visually check their hands and elbows, if you see them scratch those areas more than once in a date night, don't even hug em at the end of the night! You don't need skin to skin contact to recieve those bugs

On our 4 banger it is possible to get the fuel rail out from under the throttle body without taking it off but it's a fight and a half and you'll be cussing the entire damn time.

It's easier to take the air pipe off as well as the throttle body but I didn't want to do that because when you get your throttle body bored (maxbore.com) you'll need a custom gasket made for the bigger size and since I only had the one gasket I didn't want to ruin it by taking the TB off and on a bunch of times

Can i just take the air pipe off like im going to change a plug/coil, and pull injector #3 from the rail? Ive never pulled one in my life so is it just pop in and out or threaded?

Yes it's possible but shittily enough #3 is the worst to do it on :(

They're only held in there with friction so when you unbolt the fuel rail they'll probably be stuck in it and will need pulled out. No threads

My word, those Canadian GE folks sure did build some huge azz meters! Looking on the bright side you’ll be able to see it across the shop :D

Nah you shouldn't need any PB on em ... if I remember correctly theres only 2 bolts holding the rail to the head. The FPR on the front of the rail (closest to the radiator) doesn't need to be removed, just take the vacuum line off of it. When you do that smell the hose .. if it's wet or the hose reeks of gas the FPR is bad and needs replacement... but I don't think that's part of your problem cause if it was all of your lungs would be fouled not just #3
