No thats probs rubber from the spark plug socket grommet. I sprayed it off and cleaned it, then tried to re put it in the fuel rail and the oring fell apart at the seal. I was wondering if all that debris would cause my missfire symptoms

Ah ok. Probably not. Seems like the debris would be a symptom more than a cause. Any chance you've got an intake valve that isn't closing all the way? Thats all I can think of.

That makes sense. I'm not a hardcore(?) trailer guy, so I usually load in the daylight.

The only time I've ever noticed anything wrong is when the grommets or orings have gone bad and it's leaking fuel. I've also never done that 9v battery trick wulf shared with you awhile ago, I would do that while you have it out and before you swap injectors. That way if it was just debris or something and it runs good and the code doesn't follow then you won't have to take it apart again. It'll also tell you that if it follows the injector itself is crud and clean all 4 professionally (or buy new if you can afford it) and if it stays in cyl 3 then you've got bigger more internal problems

I knew what black dog meant with the boats but I'm sooo glad you brought those up, I used to take those honda "360 degree" motors from the scrap pile at work when they'd show up on dead tillers (the gearbox craps out before the engine ever does... unless it's run out of oil) I used those motors for all sorts of weird projects.... you want margaritas in the middle of the woods, cool here's a gas powered blender :D

A motorized drift trike was my favorite... cut a bike in pieces weld a straight axle where the back tire used to be and put pvc pipes on the back lawnmower tires.

I have something wrong with me, so operation 3rd gen 4Runner front end is in progress. Core support barely fit in my double cab bed. @Empty_Lord The salvage yard didn't sell that long bed 3.4 Tundra and have started parting it out. So I guess the title is destroyed now. Also found what appears to be a 70s Yota Chinook in the back of the yard.
