This is the photo the internet sales manager sent me the day I was going to pick it up right after it arrived at the dealership last Wednesday. It was a truck they were able to get in a swap with another dealership. In this case I think 2 customers got the exact vehicle they wanted. I know I'm loving mine.



This was my first brand new vehicle ever and I really worked and saved to make it happen. First Toyota too.

 

My 4th Taco since the 90's. All have been reliable and hope to continue

2009 TRD Sport originally bought with 153k miles and it was delivered to our house. This is my first truck and I love it and especially the color and coming from my dads old Chevy Cruze. It was a gift from my parents because I just graduated, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and turned 18 all within about 2 weeks. I cant wait to drive it in the winter on country back roads. All I have done to it is Weathertechs front and back rows, Led turn and reverse lights, and Rough Country AL2 steps. I currently have had the truck since May and it has almost 157k on it now. I hope to have it for many more miles.

That blue is fantastic, far superior to Voodoo blue in my opinion.

 

Speedway blue, one of the rare and more awesome 2nd gen colors, I had a radiant red 2008 sport that I LOVED.

 

I love the color because it changes with the lighting. When it's dark it's like a dark blue and when it's in direct light the metal flake comes out with a light blue look.
There is only about 4 I have seen in about a 25 to 30 mile radius

Dec 5 2019. The dealer 3.5 hours away took this picture before it left on it's way to be delivered to me. I would have like to get the OR but we can only get them in short beds and the sports only comes in longbeds

I knew what I wanted and would not settle AND for a price I was willing to pay. Had one sold out from under me while on the way to pick it up...cough..boerne toyota, had another say "I can get you what you want BUT we HAVE to add dealer add-ons, there's no way around that"...TWICE at 2 dealers and I did not have to finance sales tax. I could go on. As we all know, markets are different around this great country of ours. I'm in a spot in my life where I'm no longer going to settle or deal with BS that complicates spending my money.
