I'd wonder about how laws work for buyers vs sellers when they're both in vastly different states on laws of deposits.

Cabbage patch dolls sounding more and more like a viable option.

 

Small claims court wouldn’t happen. The buyer would have to make a claim in the state he’s buying from, not his own state. Only reason I know this is because I considered taking the lady to small claims court that backed out of the seadoo sale and I would have had to go to small claims court in Tennessee. So I left it alone.

 

I probably wont have any decent place to hunt till the 2nd weekend after they start picking corn

 

I remember that incident, also thank goodness someone with some first hand experience.

I've got some crap about paypal and how they always take the senders side. I sold something and shipped it to New York IIRC, it was about $2200. I sent extensive photos and everything. Guy claimed that I was deceitful and I explained to paypal how I wasn't. Anyways they sided with him, so I called my bank and closed that account and said the hell with it.

I wasn't paying to ship my item back and then risk him sending it back missing parts. So just closing that account blocked any crap paypal could pull.
