    Hmmmmmmmmm the 887's on 5100's I took off for the Kings kept me right at 3 inches so I'm guessing 886's now with 5100's will do the trick.

    Yeah, maybe with 5100s.

    OME springs are not recommended on 6112. 6112 coils are flat on each end. OME are round.

    Ok, lets clear this up a little. You can use virtually any 3" x 14" spring made for any other brand of coilovers (king, fox, icon, etc) that has a flat upper and lower perch rest surface. Bilstein makes a 650lsb spring, but to my knowledge nothing higher like a 700lb. OME springs WILL NOT WORK on 6112's. They will work on a 5100 though.

    Wheelers has springs manufactured for them and also carries others that will fit the 6112. See the link below. EDIT: FYI Eibach makes the majority of the industries springs and they just get coated a different color per the company they are being sold to.

    I picked up some slightly used 6112s set on the 3rd setting, I have a steel bumper that is probably around 90 LBS and steel skid plates.
    Going for 2 in lift.
    Do I change the settings on the shocks or leave at 3?

    I just think for the money, the 6112 kits cant be beat....My budget is somewhere aound the 1800-2k mark

    If you want more lift, You could go with the 6112 and a heavier spring rate like 650lb. You’re going to have to CMC and hammer your pinch weld, trim a ton of plastic, etc

    Thinking about doing the 650 lb spring anyways since I plan on adding a bumper in the future.

    What setup are you thinking atm? Front/rear, how high, wheels and tires?

    Running Bilstien 6112 on the 6 notch both side with 1/4 inch spacer on both. 5160 w/icon 1.5 inch. Front is setting 2 inch higher than the rear. Thinking of lower the front to the 5th notch and keep 1/4 inch spacer on the driver only. What do you guys think.BBE81E38-E130-4833-8B84-1C2950504AA1.jpg

    I would follow Bilstein's instructions and set them at 6 driver and 5 passenger notch. NO spacer. Bilstein does not recommend spacers with the 6112.

    Bil 6112/5160's etc.
    IF you ever intend to do anything where you'll be carrying weight, you'll want an upgraded leaf pack. I went through the same thing as you. Tried the AAL deal. Enjoyed the ride, hated the stance. Dakars fixed my rake and put it right where I wanted it.

    That being said, if you never intend to haul much weight around, just keep what you've got and drop the settings a bit like you're talking.
