Found this old armrests pad I used in a Jeep I once had. I just had to sew a couple pieces of elastic under it so it stays in place. The Jeep had screws that went through the gray flaps into the console lid. Much better height and padding than the stock console...E522D1AB-2E76-44B4-AF61-4DC591821C53.jpg

Has not seen any rain yet. However, I can imagine water can get in through a couple of areas. I am replacing the butyl seals in the corners and have installed according to their guidelines. In theory, I have taken all of the steps to ensure that minimal intrusion occurs. We will see.

Yeah, unfortunately it was the final clean up at time of purchase (over 50 miles away) and by the time I had air on full blast and noticed the smoke not disappearing I was several miles away... just a hazard of buying used at an AL Ford dealership.
The whole area kind of had that stale smell but, now all is well in my truck and I more than made up for it in my $$$ total price paid. 65k miles 2017 DCSB 4x4 $29100 out the door. ;)

All LED lighting, K&N filter w/TRD air accelerator, black and tangerine Katzkin leather seats, JL audio Components, rubber floor liners, de-badged, (next mod: orange powered coated winter rims & JL stealthbox)
Taking off the Instrument cluster to paint it orange and found this little gem/taco logo. Well played Toyota.

Got a free tire, a one inch thorn took out my falken wildpeaks side was. Never buying those again. That giant screw through the tread didn’t do anything.

    Welcome to TW and
Congratulations! Glad that it all worked out for you. Changing the cabin filter may help by allowing some cleaner fresh air in there. Cheap and easy, just did mine.

Nothing like an Easter egg to make me happy. That nearly beats out all the "hidden Mickey" Jeep logos in newer JK wranglers. Well played indeed.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Anyone know if someone sells that Taco logo as a vinyl decal?
