Good Morning, My truck is due for a 10k Service.

I previously used Thompsons Toyota in Placerville for my last pickup, but now I'm living in Downtown Sacramento. Has anyone used one of the Sacramento/Elk Grove/Roseville Dealerships for service and had decent experience?

I don't really have space to do the service myself right now, however I'm fully capable.

All they are doing is an oil change, you can take it almost anywhere and maintain the warranty.

Elk Grove Toyota is good. Their service building is one of the bigger ones.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but my question wasn't about maintaining warranty. I was asking opinions on service departments in the area.

Elk Grove was always good to me, Roseville too. Hated the service department at Folsom Lake.

The few times I’ve taken my truck to the dealer I’ve had good service at Elk Grove Toyota.

I’m actually having an issue with my service department not even doing the “required” maintenance. If it’s not a tire rotation oil/filter change and the multi point they won’t do it. EVEN THOUGH the service book states it’s required. I have no idea who to bring this up to. Service manager or finance manager won’t do anything.
