Yeah it just launched last week I think? Again, minor rumblings on FB and Twitter about privacy from people who don't get they gave all that up as soon as they logged on to complain. lol

What is interesting though is for a country who touts personal liberties the US has very little protections for individuals.
Most of our laws value businesses above people, and most citizens don’t realize that unless they work in litigation.

Most other countries protect their people more from potential malicious business acts. The US does not so we have been unable to launch that contact tracing.

So we have so much freedom we have no protection. As odd as that sounds. Lol

Settle down with those 3 digit numbers. We all know mustang hardly has 3 digit horse pees. Ok. All about the twerk.

That's good because I'm finally back to where I was (actually leaner) however, I was way out of shape during the quarantine. Feels good. More progress to follow... Wedding in 66 days.

    Current Max Squat

    95lbs :bananadead:

My squat has almost never been more than my bench. Thats how bad.
I think my absolute max I’ve ever squatted was like 255. Max bench was like 285.

My goals are to change that though. Especially since I’m starting over now.

Ooofff. 95 is bad. I’m with ya though. Got my deadlift up to where I’m happy so going to try and focus on sqautting now as well. Makes zero sense cause squats should be everyone’s power house number because our leg muscles are so yugeee

I’m 4x12 on the 95lbs. Knee is kicking back at me so I’m goin slow.

I suck at squats because I hate them. So I don’t do them with much effort or push myself. Its a me problem for sure.

Bench. I've got like 4' arms and never prioritized it. Most I've ever done was 205 for a single.
