    Why the fuck was so much of that shit stored within 50 miles of humanity? We even put our fertilizer factories out in the middle of nowhere and put a 5-mile zone around them, and even when they blow up (West, TX a few years ago) they fuck a lot of shit up. In the center of the port facility?!?

    I'd ask if they're fucking retards, but the answer just killed the firefighters dealing with the fireworks blaze not knowing there was far, far worse next door.

    I wouldn’t consider a dirty bomb a nuclear weapon from the definition you posted. The explosive yield is only that of the conventional explosives used in the bomb.

    It's not a nuke.

    A dirty bomb is a conventional bomb, it just has radioactive material involved to get air borne there by making the area it is exploded in and associated winds to deliver the radioactive material.

    We were saying the same thing. A dirty bomb derives no destructive force from nuclear fission, it's solely regular explosive. A dirty bomb is only as powerful as the explosives used to make it regardless of how much radioactive material it contains.

    On the point of a dirty bomb yes. That’s why I highlighted your point about the fusion part. That part was incorrect.


    The definition I posted referenced the fusion point. However, anything that has radioactive material as part of a bomb, constitutes a dirty bomb.

    Lebanon is surprisingly secular. It’s also one of the most Christian regions in the Middle East. They aren’t a majority, but they’re not an enemy.

    They’re just mismanaged and suffering from political infighting and horrible government.
