Cut it at an angle on the back. That way it will draw water out better.

Good call but, don't have one. It runs up a hose to a small filter.

So you just completely pulled the metal part of the drain out from the outside? Mine keeps clogging even though I just recently cleaned and rebuilt it last year so I can only think it's coming from the outside so I'll likely do this soon. Usually I just take a zip tie and poke it and a cup of water pours out.

Good Morning........yes, you should just be able to pull it out. Only held in by the friction of the rubber grommet that secures it.
From what your describing, I'd remove it and use a water based Evaporator Cleaner to spray in to clean out debris, etc.

I've used this product to clean mine and to clean the coils on the refrigerator in the house. Works great to get rid of any musty odor that may be lurking in the evaporator housing.

Nice man, we just did the same thing last week. Officially an all Toyota household too.

Already got a first little hiking trip with it, taking it to go backpacking too. Perfect size for me, the lady, and the dogs

Anyone running a 27f battery in the factory spot? Is the positive cable long enough and does the hold down need modified?

Edit: found quite a bit of info using the search function...

I was thinking of pulling the blower and trying to get in there and clean it. Might do it just for sanity's sake even though all the shit in there is only a year old.

gave the truck a good cleaning today. after i got it washed off i used some of that Lucas quickmist stuff to put a nice shine on her and then treated the windows with RainX. truck wasn't that dirty but i realized that this is my last opportunity to wash the truck for 4 months since i'm not taking my cleaning supplies to school. i also wiped down the dash and vacuumed up the floor matts.
