I like to run the engine now and then, plug in something easy on the motor, just to knock the cobwebs off

I neglected my Honda trash pump for 8 years I think . Sitting in the basement after Hurricane Irene :anonymous:. Took it out yesterday and drained the gas and added fresh with some of the blue enzyme stabilizer . 2 pulls started right up . Let it run a few minutes then changed the oil . Put the garden hose in the pump and let it run about 10 minutes . Good to go !

Yesterday, i finally got my hub assemblies that USPS LOST FOR TWO WEEKS.

Started to tear into the wheel bearing job on my truck today. As always, everything is a waterfall. I had to heat and chisel the hub off after cutting off the bolts. Not because of rust, but because it super heated and melted the bearing, the seals, the ABS sensor, and tried to weld itself to the spindle. LOOOOOOOOOTS of cussing later, i got it apart and was shocked how bad everything is.

Ordering new spindle dust shields, new tie rod ends, maybe sway bar end links, and new dust caps. Everything i tore apart, i ruined getting it apart because things got so hot. Might even have to replace my brake pads because they got hot enough that a couple small chunks of pad material broke off when I pulled the caliper. I’m praying that the driver’s side is in much better shape.

So far this job fucking sucks, but i’m blessed to have my Rust Runner to keep me going.

That's what I have. Can't say if I like it or not. Haven't had a chance to use it yet. But as soon as it gets cooler we're all going up to Dave's whether he likes it or not.

After we get permission from Mrs. 68Dave of course.

Damn, sorry to hear all this Brother. I feel your pain. I've been in your shoes for so long and now that I'm older I get way more frustrated.

Here, maybe a little diversion will take your mind off it for a couple minutes. I thought this was way cool.

As a matter of fact, what should have taken me an hour took five this past weekend. It being nearly 90 degrees in the garage even in front of two fans didn't fuking help. But, now I'm legal.
