40 hp 4 stroke EFI mercury tiller, last Saturday runnin the mighty Potomac, the engine started to slow down, all the way off plane, yet idled in gear fine (FULL TANK) pump ball, eventually, started to go again, rinse repeat, replaced inline, and bowl filters last nite w/ OEM filters, pumped ball, fired up, noticed little if any in the opaque bowl, pumped again, filled up, watched and the level slowly dropped to the bottom, pumped again, filled up, then slowly dropped....fuel pump??

 

Fun skunk fact: they can’t swim if you leave them in the trap.

Yes, but there's no crawl space on that portion of the house and we're on a partial slab. There's a 2" drop surrounding the toilet of the guest bath where there was damage previously. The owners bought it as a foreclosure in 2015 and apparently the house had not been winterized so you can imagine the destruction. The bathroom was something that had never been tackled and it needs the tile and base board ripped up, repaired and brought back to level. The moisture reading thankfully only spiked in immediate vicinity of the drop which is what we had expected. We're not fond of the tile or anything there so we expect to gut it for the most part and make things the way they should be.

They also left us with some fleas... I'm gonna bomb the fuck out of this place this weekend while we go back to Cali. Thankful that I gave our kitty flea med recently because I didn't trust the state that the house would be left in. They had 4 dogs and 3 cats...smh fleas with wood flooring? Some people shouldn't have pets
