All good man thanks! Just finished tearing out entryway tile and a small patch in living room out the the deck and putting LVP that is in living room from front door all the way to the sliding glass door. All that's left is to paint the master bathroom and pick granite for kitchen island and we're done! Will have lived in this house two years next month and have been working on one project or another since. Will be nice to be done!

Also! Can’t remember if I posted this or not but we added a new Weim to the fam! Stanley (on the left) belonged to a coworker who had a absolutely no clue what she got herself into in selecting a Weim and asked us if we’d take him!
He’s adjusting really well here and is a really cool dog when his exercise requirements are met. He’s helping us take off those extra vacation/Covid pounds with daily walks and hiking 10-15mi per week.

With the living room torn apart all week we've been catching some news in the guestroom. He's actually hiding from our crazy jungle cat after roughing her up and getting swatted at. If you're even thinking about a hike he's on his way to the truck and ready to go. It's what we love about Weims... when exercised properly, they'll run as long as you want and then cuddle and watch Netflix all day. They don't care what you do with them as long as they can be with you.

 

Cheap ass fuel lines or big bucks Fuel injection hose. The cheap hoses swell, deteriorate and collapse under vacuum.

 

That’s a lot of work! But y’all are getting exactly what you both want

 

It's been a really crazy ride but very rewarding. This couple that we have known for years and hang out with are general contractors and have helped us with all of the work so we've saved a ton of $$$. Wouldn't have done a lot of what we have to this point if we were paying contractors to do the work. Added plus is we've learned a lot during the process.
