ISO 2+ person RTT for a friend.

 

I've been throwing around the idea of selling my tepui kukenam 3 ruggedized. Just don't know what I would replace it with and RTT lead times are stupid long right now. What's he have in mind?

Just picked up a 23zero Walkabout 56 for $1,600 from Campers & Gear in Erie, 1-2 weeks and it's here.

Mine might be a bit small. CVT lists it as a 2 person, not 2+. Sleeping area is 48”x96”.

 

I believe that's a soft shell? I was looking to move to a 2+ hard shell like the ikamper sky camp mini or something similar but everything I found that will fit on a short bed is months back ordered

So he's between getting a topper and building a bed inside or getting rails and an RTT. Do you have a timeframe on if/when you'd be selling and how much ?

Gotcha gotcha, I'm looking to sell whenever I can get both the RTT and Diamondback cover sold to fund a new tent lol. I've used the tepui maybe a dozen nights so far since I got it new. Would likely ask 1800 OBO. A bit more flexible on TW since people on here aren't dicks like FB market or CL where you post something for 1800 and have someone offended you will not accept their offer of 500 dollars lol I typically list stuff here lower than I would on FB or CL.

Edit: Pending sale on the diamondback, so I'm willing to get rid of the RTT sooner if your buddy is still interested.

It's this model, same colors and everything before Thule bought tepui and stamped their name on it.

It's pretty damn heavy. 180 lbs, and bolted to the truck, so we will have to meet up and bolt it to your buddy's rack, or drop it in his garage straight off my truck.

That would be super helpful to just go pick it up! But god damn tax on a 3,500 dollar tent is gone be a real bitch.
