Tomorrow: we ran out of gears

 

Least favorite parcel service...they've been on my short list for a while, bad recently it's only gotten worse!

 

they are much better than UPS as of late. UPS transit times are running 1-2 days longer than normal. I haven’t had a single UPS order show up when their website says it will. FedEx has been 100% for me.

Plus I did work there for 4 years

If I wasn't making a 10 hour drive the next weekend to go down to windrock then I might've been game! Looks like a good time.

 

I've not been to Windrock or AOP yet, but plan to this year if possible, no TN parks actually. Unless you count Land Between the Lakes. I really want to go back to Black Mountain, as well.

 

Windrock is the only park I've been to in that region, but damn it's a fun one. A LOT of ground to cover and the park is open 24/7. That's the only place I've been night wheeling. I'm heading there for ATR.


edit: only 7.5 hours from my house. That's how far I drive to go wheel up in PA. I may have to make a visit to this park.

 

Then do it! I live 30 minutes from Rush, I'll go any time to break another ring gear!

 

I'll let you know early next year. My trip to windrock will be the last for awhile because I want to be local in case my wife goes into labor early. Then will have at least a few months at home before I can consider heading out on another trip.
