He is 1K over stock regardless of where that weight is. My Access cab weighed in at 4180 and 4160 the last two times I weighed it empty.

I overthink everything, especially since I messed this up the first time around. Fluid film works for the squeak, but it always came back a week or so later. That is with the anti friction pads. I'll have to relook at the RXT, also considering deavers heaviest pack.

Yeah I found FF was too thin. It only lasted a few weeks. Thats why I started using grease.

Good news is TW is a large group of folks. Selling your old setup should be fairly easy. So its not all lost $$

I don't think there is a market for used springs that are a w. Maybe they will reshape after removal, but I think it is a loss.

Just to finish this thread. I went with a localish company that has built a few super HD packs for an old vendor on here. ATS is the company out of sounderton PA or something like that.

Stock leaf pack is rated roughly 1450#/side
The new pack is rated at 2350#/side.

The ride feels great, I was worried about it being too stiff, but it feels like the suspension is actually working as a system. Much better handling at highway speeds.

Now to acquire 12" rear shocks to complete the rear build....again.
