Head unit is a Pioneer Premier, Uniden Scanner mounted right below it in the second DIN slot, CB mounted in the stock ash tray location, Streamlight Stinger charger mounted on the passenger side of the trans hump so I always have a fully charged flashlight ready to rock, floor mounted switch for my offroad/fog lights on the drivers left foot side, GPS in the lower left of the windshield, radar detector center dash, and a 6 cell mag-light in between the seats. My buddies lovingly refer to her as the "Mobile Command Center."

I like doing little changes to make her my own.

One of my favorites was replacing the stock front turn signal bulbs in the front bumper with "switchback" LED bulbs that are white for running lights and then switch to amber/off for turn signal.

I use a portable Ham radio (2m/70cm) in the truck. Where to hang the speaker/mic so it is accessible and you can hear it? I found this black piece (the knob like thing in the insert) at Lowe's. I am not sure what its intended us is, but it makes for a great mic holder.

The complete setup. I use a Lido LM-800 in one of the cup holders to hold the radio.

    A bedside decal from Sock.

    Some more common mods:
The sub woofer level control mounted into one of the blank inserts. I like the Belkin USB cigarette lighter adapter. It barely sticks out of the lighter hole and gives a more factory look.

Some RAAMaudio dampener material went on the back wall and the doors. It was followed up by some sound absorbing material.

Replaced the stock map light bulbs with a more pure white LED bulb.
Stock on left, LED on right

    Meh.

I'm pretty impressed with these classy usb, and cable jacks. I just wish my composite jacks behind my headunit worked so I could try.
