    Took a while, but was able to get them to schedule a tech to come out Monday. Went through the "have you reset it" "I'm reading it being 1000 here at your gateway" "I've enabled your guest wifi so that you have a dedicated 2.4 for your devices like tv, gaming console etc". Like I don't already know about all this shit. Then I say "that doesn't explain how I can disable wifi, plug something directly into the first ethernet port and get 68mbps when the device is registering 980+ according to your site" "well..Uhhh..uhh..." yeah! send a damm tech!

    Edit: now all there is to do is get up into the attic and start drillin holes to run cables for the new router to mount in the living room. Such fun. Much great
