    Yep. I'm not kidding when I say the house is small lol.

    980 square feet, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a living room and a "1-car" garage. (The garage is actually too small for anything wider than my Harley). Basically, the rooms are almost the size of walk-in closets.

    That's a good plan. Build a custom match 10/22 for shooting tiny groups.

    Finally got the frame drilled and sanded as best as my shaky hand can do. It’s not pretty but it’ll work.
