So I was just looking into all the work that it takes for a jdm motor to become emissions ready and no. So looking on car part for a wrecked taco. Question... I should be able to use 4x4 3.4 right? No difference from the prerunner engine? Only wondering because they were in separate categories on the site.

 

wait what is wrong with JDM motors? all you do is put your stuff on the jdm block... or is this some western thing?

 

Yeah I thought it was just the oil cooler and oil filter base that needed to be swapped. Everything else in memory is the same.

 

Now all I need is a clipboard and a reflective vest and I’ll have myself a nice shiny new train.

I mean it's not that much work but I was just hoping for a quick swap not switching parts. I'm just being impatient... with tags being due, body work etc. I think I'm just a little overwhelmed

 

Go put on a reflective vest, a hard hat, and hold a clipboard and you can get into anywhere you want.
