Ran it through a car wash and water leaked between the rails and the brackets. I might try to caulk the gap and see if it helps in the near future.

Got mine too. Went with the subdued American flag. Very pleased with the look and quality.

The white is very bright even in the daylight. Many times I had to turn off in the day. Can't wait for the cabin light to come back. I then would have the "gas station lighting" effect!

Totally off topic here, but @killthehippies - nice color on the set in your avatar. Custom? I had an 11-pc Ludwig set in the 80's (yes, I'm a hair-metal dinosaur) that I had painted with auto-paint. Corvette Yellow. With the black Remos that thing was sick.

@Karminski - Your rope game is on point! Sailor? Also - how do you like those lifts? I've been debating on these, but haven't seen much feedback one way or another.

I dunno about the extra scratch for name brand man - I have the X-Bull/ Ebay brand and they've worked every time I needed them. No rock-crawling here in south FL, all mud & powdery sugar sand. With the stock rubber - yeah, you get the point. Anyway, check this video out. The knock-offs perform about as well:

Tint laws aren’t enforced in Florida but if they were and I did get a ticket I’d just pay it, without a “sourpuss look” on my face. They have a hard enough job without someone giving them shit for doing their job.

I’ll find a shop to do it. I don’t trust myself. Lol. I’ve asked the paint shop to do it, Idk if they have the stuff in stock. We shall see.

Now THAT I can respect - kudos. You're in the minority though - more often than not, people playing stupid games complain about the stupid prizes. The tint law enforcement varies between jurisdictions. It's the low hanging fruit. Kind of ironic though - since now we're all wearing f*ing masks. Can you describe the perp? Yeah - he had a mask & dark glasses...WTF?

I just snagged one of these last week too. Got a great deal off of eBay, ha. Install was easy. Mine has my rtt and my rack on it. About 180 pounds all together on a 200 pound rated hoist. I was a little uneasy about parking my car under it. So I built a safety rack for peace of mind. Plus when the setup is mounted to my truck, the safety rack can be removed and laid or hung on the wall.
