Firing up my old offset smoker one last time. It's lived a full life. Haven't built the new smoker yet....anyway, having briskett in about 8-10 hours.

 

8-10 hours.
That should give everyone enough time to get to your house.

 

If I leave now I can make in 14 hours - that will give it time to rest before dinner -

 

Good morning all - as much as I would love a 14 hour drive for dinner I think I will stay home and get some chores done I was planning on doing earlier in the week but had to delay due to puppy watch.

When I first saw the orange glow from moon it was through some trees. My first thought was that a house or barn was on fire.
