Also, I have returned. 1,600 miles and she didn't skip a beat. Only issue was the rear driver's Diode Dynamics turn signal bulb. Shit out but glad I had the Amazon one that bae recommended me.

Might post some pics, might not. Would rather forget certain things about this trip. But I learned A LOT. Going to start planning another road trip. This time, out west.

Also, the way the hood shakes at highway speed causes me concerns. Might be ordering hood latches.

Going to need to order new rotors and pads too; thinking powerstop rotors and EBC green pads.

    Thoughts?

I did this for an upgrade, very happy with it.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/brake-upgrade-stoptech-rotors-trd-performance-pads.523829/

As far as hood pins, do it. Made a world of difference and now I'm not afraid my hood is going to fly open on the highway.

I'll check out that thread after the gym (fucking great to be back bae).

I was so worried about that so much lmao. Just watching the hood shakes in both corners the whole way. Going to seriously consider it.

Hood pins ordered. Got a mod day with a few locals at the end of the month.

Going to order a brake kit once I look into some options and receive payments from people on this trip.

I know there are different kinds of ebc pads, but a few people I’ve known with them have been squeaky AF. The Trd ones are absolutely silent and have a great grab to them

Thanks man. I appreciate you looking into it. I still have to check my emails with them and see if I can find anything of substance. I know I was friends with the customer service representative, Michael, on Facebook but all those messages might be gone forever.

    Busy first day back.

    - Gym for 4 hours (don't @ me)

    - Errands and grocery shopping.

    - cut the grass

    - washed the truck

    Did some little tinker things:

Got my rock lights delivered (along with a ton of other shit). They definitely changed the style of the lights and they are definitely massive:

Waiting on my wings to be done so I can go pick them up and put on ready player one on Blu Ray.

Nights like these aren't so bad....

Hm, now I'm wondering if I should buy the EBC kit and pick up a rear kit and do it all at once...

    Bae?

Soooo pricey but I’ve considered them.

there’s also the T4R caliper & rotor swap mod... supposedly improves performance for considerably less $$$

I have to do something with mine, I think I have one that has a pot seized. :(
