So I was inspired by your post and started searching for more Back to the Future auto items and I feel this license plate holder is appropriate for not only you but all Tacoma owners... I just ordered one for myself. I like the way you think

I went with the XBull as well. If they get me out of a jamb just once they were worth the small money and much cheaper to replace than the big ticket recovery boards. Nothing wrong with either one, for me it just came down to dollars and cents.

Which model of 23Zero tent did you get and how do you like it so far? I was looking at Walkabout 56 and hoping to pick one up soon.

No problem I didn't take it as being derogatory. Put him on mine as well, eliminates any chance of being provoked into a dissgreement and keeps things civil.
No worries here Bud, I enjoy your posts. :)

What shackles? I see none lol. Nice paint match, my "color matched" Quicksand bumper caps are a few shades off at least. Cant blame them though, QS varies from truck to truck a little bit.

 Too funny!! I ordered the paint using the AG color code from The Auto Paint Depot - through Amazon and got a can of AG and a can of clear coat. The AG is a nice match.

    Tacky or tasteful?

They work and help when getting stuff off the roof. Working a little more red into the black beast.

From a design perspective, I don't think tacky at all. Just enough red for an accent but not too much red that it looks like you tried too hard. Nicely done. A little hint of color here and there goes a long way.

What roof rack is that, by the way?
