    they always fix it with no questions asked......mabye it is because i tell them what is wrong with it.....
    when the mech said he didnt feel the clunk i said jump in go for a ride just out of the parking lots clunk....
    he calls back says i was right on the money.....
    i think it is more lazyness then anything on there part
