    I used to make some with chili powder. I don’t know why. It didn’t last either. It was a food service item. Not retail.

    I use to do it that way too and some smoked paprika. I didn't have any of that one day but had sirracha and tried it. The flavor I like better and it's more complex.

    I think some companies make that. We do not at this point. Hopefully never do.
