Just got Bridgestone Dueler H/T's in 31x10.5x15 installed on my stock 5lug 15x6 rims. They fit! They also look absolutely BADASS!!!! I got them used with about 60-70% thread left, mounted & installed for $200... Not bad deal...

I have Fat Bob's Lift kit. So far the only point of rubbing is the front sway bar. It might have to go...

    Pictures will follow later on!

Looks great. Thinking about just going with 235's myself, but 31's would be sweet. What kind of power loss do you notice right off hand?

Yeah the truck is little slower, but its not horrible, I bet my gas mileage will suffer by 2-4mpg at least.... Hopefully these tires will last me a year or two, so I can save up for some 15x8 steelies. Then I want to re-gear (4.10 gears) and lock the rear end... Too bad money doesn't grow on trees...lol

BTW... 235 are smaller than 30's and much smaller than 31's...

Yeah, I still can't decide if I'm going to lift or not, for now, I'm just thinking about 235's to fill up the wheel wells...honestly these 5 luggers should have come stock with 235's and already be geared for it.

Lift it. It's only $250 shipped for Fat Bob's kit and it can be installed in your driveway with simple hand tools. Not only will it lift your truck, but the add a leaf will increase your payload as well.

The Fat Bob's kit says it's only for 5 lugs up to 2009, is this because Toyota changed something? Or have they just not updated what their kits will fit? If it will fit my 2010, then I would probably go ahead and get it.

I went with 30's on my 5 lugger. Same thing, taco a little slower and lost about 3mpg's. Doesnt feel like i lost too much kick but we'll see.

Well... I guess it was for me. I have done quite a lot of work on many cars, including engine swaps & turbo installs...

There is a really good youtube video of a ReadyLift install on a 5 lug. It shows the entire process to take apart the front and install the spacers as well as taking apart the rear to add the extra leaf.
If I can find it, I'll post it.
    Edit, here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7w_Hg8JoKLY

How is the kit as far as the quality is concerned? How about the ride? I want to do a lift but can't decide between FB's, Readylift, or save up for coilovers and new uca's. I wish they made 5100s for our 5 lugs...I'd be on that in a heartbeat. I hate how little we have to choose from.
