This generator is 110v only so I can't use a lockout. I'm using a 30 amp rv cord that splits to two 110 outlets then cords around the house. Its messy. I will probably run separate plugs but I have to wait until winter. Its way to hot to crawl around in the attic right now.

This one is on sale till the end of the month.
I have a HF about 7 miles from me and it looks like I'll be checking it out.
Pretty good price for a 9000w.

    Ahhhhh now I understand..
My little one is 110 also.
BUT I DID A SNEAKY THING.

I did a sub system in the house for the 110.
I have a plug by the furnace, fridge, and hallway.
Just fire off the baby and switch outlets, done. No long cords in through the doors

    Looks good to me.

Try a full packer next time and don't separate the flat.

You got a better ring than I got on mine this time.

Christie got this one premarinated from the store. 3.5 pounds. I did not remove the fat cap and cooked it with the cap on top.

It's the entire brisket and has 2 different cuts in it. Kinda skim through the bbq thread or read some of the stuff in Maner's thread. The last 15-20 pages he was real active with smoking meats. Those Texas boys can smoke some meat. I don't get near as involved as they do with probes and thermometers and gadgets. I'm pretty much a caveman in that aspect.
    20200809_170501.jpg
That fatline in the center separates the 2 cuts. I like to make sandwiches and I think the 2 combined make a better sandwich.

They're not hard to find and usually not expensive...$20-$45 depending on the time of year and how big you get it. My last one was 12lbs. If you have a vacuum sealer you can freeze the left overs. I slice it as I serve it so it retains the moisture. Once it's cooled down all those juices and fat stays in place and they freeze just fine.
