mine had a noticeable sound difference since it wasn't shooting out the side. But i have a high flow muffler.

edit: From inside the cab it sounded different

 

I didn’t notice a change in sound.

 

yours still kinda shoots to the side. Mine goes straight down.

 

I’m picking up a Gibson cat back soon.

 

The sound bounces between the bed and the ground when it’s pointed down. Shortens the wavelength in a sense, thus changing the pitch.

 

Mine only sounds good when my tip is polished, and my tio polisher hasnt poloshed it in forever.

anyone in here want to buy a front driveshaft. I order the wrong one so i had to order another one. It will be here Thursday. It is for a manual trans Tacoma which apparently their front driveshafts are shorter. Anyways i have an extra if anyone wants it. $100 bucks. Fresh painted.

you could've got it cut and balanced, it probably be better balanced than factory too.

 

Its missing the front half of it. Im gunna take it somewhere and have it done custom eventually.

Yessir. There are 2 peices to it, ive got the rear peice. So i cant just bolt it on. I have to have it custom built on my trucj
