For some people YES, for some people NO. I would purchase the harness personally, just because I don’t like to cut, splice OEM wires.

Catching up here. If you didn’t get it fixed, have you tried swapping your handles to see if the problem reverses?

I mean, I feel ya. I'm the guy that ripped out a perfectly good Pop & Lock tailgate lock for the OEM version. I'm also not huge on being ripped off.

I hear ya too. However, some people think is just a “harness” and not taking into consideration the research, trouble shooting, brainstorming and all the hard work that takes to come up with a plug and play solution. The profit is not in the plugs and wires, is the work they put into it to make it work.

Had my 2020 OffRoad for a week before I used the passenger door, it already has this feature from the factory. No MOD needed.

Has anyone else tried out @Accessorides harness?
I can't seem to find a picture of how the harness looks like.

I honestly would pay for a good PnP harness. No vampire ttaps, OEM connectors and wrapped in tesa fabric tape or a cable sleeve would be a quality finish.

Would be cool if it Included the plastic bracket that holds the wiring away from the window and routes it through the inner door skin.

I just tried to order the plug and play harness but it is sold out. I would not mind being the lab rat.

I know I would need to buy a color match driver side door handle but what else would I need to buy on top of that to make the PnP harness work?

You wouldn't need to provide anything else aside from some basic handtools. Offhand I know a T30 torx is necessary, phillips screwdriver, and a 10mm socket but not much else!

Where does this plug in? Same place as what we have here in this thread, at the smart key computer? Or did you find somewhere else?

Sure doesnt look like a 24 pin connector at the ECU.

I would put money that it's at the driver door handle itself. So you are going all the way from passenger door handle to driver door handle... Just my guess
