yep. The "free same day shipping" is kinda BS. Hopefully they can get it figured out.
I was told my replacement parts were in 1 month ago and and now am being told the coil springs are not in stock so wait some more.
When I first ordered my FCP stage 2 kit months ago, I waited 2 weeks and got no updates. Offered to go pick up the parts in person. Waited. Finally was able to get a day off to pick up kit from them just to avoid weeks of waiting for them to ship.

    Good luck. Hope that’s accurate.

they really need to get their act together. They have a great product to offer, but that won’t matter so much if their service doesn’t stand behind it.

Good to know. I just know how much that can impact a business in the meantime.

do you ever see a superwhite double cab with 2 set of green recovery boards on a roof rack around Gresham/Portland? I wonder if it’s their truck from the video. I see it heading west about once a week on my way home.

It’s always headed the opposite direction as me. Hard to tell, but I’d sure like to see it up close if it is to compare their work.

YEah I don't know this is so strange to go from communicating perfectly fine with updates and shipping dates and all that and now nothing, crickets. I don't want to cancel, I don't even know how I would cancel at this point if I can't communicate with anyone LOL. I literally ordered other stuff and bought wheels etc based on their time frame so its a bit frustrating.

Ok finally got a response so I guess we wait another week the chat dude John Swanson (sounds like a porn name) said "That order is being picked currently, and the coil-overs are bring build. Should ship out in about 24 hours. It'll take 3-5 business days to get to you...

I can only imagine. I thought all would be good with getting stuff shipped, though this was no fault of their own. Maybe they just have way to much and not enough people to handle everything and follow the no communication is better than disappointing customers...

lol, I sure hope not. The stuff I have seems pretty solid. I need to touch up the springs a little after my attempts failed. Nothing down to the metal spring or anything, just little marks on them...

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Man, I should have saved his cell phone number...

Edit: also, if you really want to get ahold of someone, IM4x4 America is ran by Metal Tech 4x4, or used to. If you have trouble with getting ahold of one, look up the number for the other and call. Might get someone there.

Well they said my coils are being built now and shipping out in 2 hours and I will get them in 3-5 days so I will update y'all this time next week I reckon or sooner LOL I don't mind waiting but getting specific dates and now telling me they're being built and what not is fine as long as they come through. I absolutely understand all the craziness around COVID and 2020 for that matter as I work in public health so I am willing to wait, hell I pre-ordered knowing I was gonna wait but now I'm ready to roll after all this. I'm glad I spent the extra for pre built now, I kind of felt like it would be a chore to compress those springs without a good machine. I got the constant load as I will have a bumper and winch up front so I know those springs are savage.
