I would encourage at least a call to the vet.

Maybe get her sugar checked at the vet. The last 2 cats we had started drinking like crazy, they both had diabetes.

Pup a pee pad down or some white paper towels for her to pee on. Any pink or red get her to the vet asap. If you said she had been holding it and now not, could well have caused a uti

Thankfully, pee is clear. Too clear actually. I’m controlling her water for the day and I’m going to call the vet in the morning

Too clear is definitely a lot of water. It's not a bad idea to watch and check your dog's pee for color, you'll get a great idea whether he/she is drinking enough. A very dark color could mean blood in the urine whereas very light indicates not a lot of waste material.

It is insane how much attention this dog gets. We went to breakfast and had multiple people asking if she was a malinois.

thankfully, she was great!! No peeing while we were eating. I have 16oz measured out which is about twice as much as she should have, but I wanted the extra in case she spills and also because we are gonna do a short run later to burn some of her energy

The puppy is old enough to be fixed so we're planning on doing that soon. The puppy wants to hump everything which also leads to scratching and biting so removing his things should suppress that issue.

Fixing a dog doesnt fix humping. Its more about over stimulation and requires more training.

Actually, it goes a long way toward eliminating humping by reducing the hormones that drive it. Of course, some dogs will continue to need correction to stop the behavior.

Last update for a bit so I don’t hog the thread, but thank you to everyone!!

Potty training is under control, and while she still wakes up every 3 1/2 hours and “guards” me from then cat at night, she no longer screams in the crate, and there are VERY few accidents in the house (usually my fault)

I have figured out what they are called maligators. Mouthy does not even begin to describe just how much this dog uses her teeth (working on it, but I have a feeling it’s a loosing battle).

Overall, I have zero regrets getting her, although the first week was BAD and there were multiple times I contemplated my decision to get her, lol!

I am 100% sold on the breed, but for those looking at them, take some time off of work! She bonded to me pretty quickly and I have found praise works better than food. She gets bored with the food but will eat up being grabbed and cuddled.

Once again, I appreciate all the advice and help!
