I meant the singer but I feel ya.

I just bought a new one. Had my grandpas and the handles just gave it up. Needed a tire again so I just went with a new one for the same money it would take to fix the other.

 

my dad would spend $50 to fix that and then have it break again a year later. True story cause it keeps happening.

Can make a trip any day I'm off so if Brian can't get them I can grab them and come up. Got a buddy in Fort Mill so I can use it as an excuse to grab a beer with him lol

 

The frames are thin so that little plate that you weld sliders onto slowly dents the frame in. I'd fully skin the outside of the frame with 1/8" before doing weld on. 4xinnovations has a video when they dropped it from really high it did that. I've seen the dented up frames and tweaked ones from lots of use. Bolt on tends to distribute the load well. I'd thow BudBuilt in there for sliders and they are local. Slider length is tough as I don't think anyone really has a good length one some a little better than others. 4xinnovations use to have the longest ones and some IMO the best coverage ones they changed the design up a couple years ago and kinda just did what everyone else was doing.

LFD makes some decent stuff take a gander at BudBuilt if you are wanting local their stuff is really well engineered and impressive.

 

Budbuilt are great guys, and right up the road from me. They aren’t well known but they know their shit and top notch stuff. They trail test everything before they release any products.

 

They can be extremely heavy also depending on how you get them made.

 

Didn’t realize budbuilt was nearby. Have heard nothing but great things about them.

 

With no threads started They are kinda a word of mouth type of company with little done other than events and stuff.

 

I usually go to the Charlotte area monthly.

 

Im thinking about taking a day trip to Gulches this Saturday or friday. Who down to join me

24 on/ 48 off has gifted me a full weekend to play with

 

4hr ride one way.. That's a bit much for a day trip for me

 

Shit man i understand.. I want to go to URE but i thinks that's a good ride for me too. I'll have another weekend off the first weekend in september i believe.

 

I would gladly go if I haven't been laid up with an injury for the past two months.
