No. I should find another shit vehicle and have some fun. Shame I can't post stuff that happens at work. There's at least one piece of insanity happening per day. Sometimes more.

I have my 60k service coming up. A little over $200 in fluids, and $100 in parts. Labor? Free. Why Toyota recommends spark plug change at 60k is beyond me. That's like copper plug intervals.

All the tree clearing I am capable of is done at my house. Unless my wife decides to trust me taking down three 60 or 70 foot poplars. Pro tip: winches are great for pulling stumps.

Ahhh might as well pull and check the spark plugs...I already have my diff and t-case fluids. Damn spark plugs. I'll do them at the next oil change I suppose.

Got all the fluids from Redline (trans, differential, transfercase). Hence, the price.

I was surprised at the lack of plug choices. Bosch and Denso. I think Autolite and Champion may have offered them, but nope. Heck, the Denso plugs on all the major e-tailer sites say they're not for the Tacoma, but Denso says yes. And no NGK. That was the biggest surprise.

I've got OE WS fluid I've been "pan draining and replacing" twice now since since 30k mi. and have 4 qts. unopened sitting on the shelf. But 60k could be a full 10.7qt full flush...damn if I need to do the full flush with redline I can see how that adds up quickly!

I'll just stick with the drain and refill method. It's not worth the time or the money to sit in the garage and try to run through the entire 11 quarts. I'll place some trust in that it truly is lifetime fluid. My wife's Passat made it to 185k miles on the same fluid until it started exhibiting some strange behavior.

Surprisingly, there's a trailer park across the street from me as well. So if your connection falls through...

Which redline options did/are you go/going with?

I did both diff's and t-case with Red Line 75W90 around 30K miles and took 1.5 gallons between front and rear diffs, and went with Ravenol SAE 75W and was about to pull the trigger on another 1L bottle.

Figured I'd drain and fill another 2 qts of OE WS ATF over the next two oil changes and after the 60K mark...but still interested in ALL THE options:rofl:

75w85. They have a thing on their site where you can enter vehicle information and see all the fluids they make.

Nothing wrong ravenol. Good stuff just not well known here.

    Hmmm
I'm big on KISS method...75w85 for diff and t-case would make easier work of it/storage and ID'ing!

I think Randy mentioned a similar weight gear oil when we did the ECGS bushing install...since I didn't bring my .5gal of gear oil.

    Decisions decisions!!
