Update... injectors just shipped from MYLPARTS... hopefully everyone was able to source theirs

 

I was referring to not full throttle, taking off in first gear in the MT especially on an incline the truck seems to limit the throttle input until a certain speed. Then it lunges forward hard when it decides to actually give the throttle your trying to get.

My question was more in line with whether the findings you made as far as the throttle being limited or brakes being applied during acceleration (torque hole)something that will be tuneable in vf tuner for non boosted applications?

Or was it something you were simply able to bypass to tune the boosted setup better?

 

What is the estimated time to pre-order the next batch? I'd love to be able to get on that list lol.

I believe it’s official. Magnusons numbers are about 308hp at the wheels. Personally, not enough for $6k without install

 

with vFT, you could potentially take it to a local shop to dial in your tune further I'd think

No Dyno but even if they did, it would be about as good as drawing one with MS paint.

So the base Turbo is around 4k if you already own the tune.. around how much would installation cost?

 

A while back I think it was mentioned that it would be a solid weekend job for the home shop warrior. Some hand tools, maybe a buddy or two and I would think you could knock it out pretty easily.... It's pretty much bolt on.

 

I see, well I am pretty handy with tools and have experience putting together tech stuff and can follow directions.. but I am almost clueless when it comes to working on vehicles besides the basic stuff lol

Guess I gonna have to read the install instructions and see how it is.
