Yep, 2021 will be Lunar Rock, like on RAV4. Just Google image search it. It’s a polarizing color, especially compared to past hit colors.

Haha. We found a pickle. Wrapped. Inside a box of IP phone we just received and unpacked for a new employee. We kept the pickle for the hungry intern. He ate it ...

All Tacoma’s are being made in Mexico for now on. Add temporary workers in that mix and you may get some quality control issues.

+1 Wonder if we can retro fit them in our older trucks.

On a side note. I placed an order for a 2020 Army Green Pro. My wallet hates me.

Would like to see this quantified. Currently half of 3rd gen production has been in Mexico.

    The righteous side of hell
I'm not expecting any major info, as I said in a post somewhere else on this forum. I would figure some insider would have put minimum amount of info about upcoming colors, possible price increases etc. EVERY vehicle I've owned, I've always seen the following years info leaked out onto forums, magazines, etc. Just info for those who will be in the market for one soon. considering the 21 models should be out in October as everyone stated you would figure a tad more info would have trickled out.

When the 2018's came out, I bought a brand new '17 and saved $4K. Had it shipped from another location, but it was the one I wanted, no waiting!

Ordering a Pro can be a little different than ordering a non Pro truck. I won't say easier or harder just different.
Hardest part is finding a Dealer with an allocated one. Once you've done that and got the price negotiated basically the battles won.
Now for what I found to be the easier part of ordering a Pro. Basically there are only 2 Factory options for a Pro. Color and transmission.
All other options unless I'm mistaken are "port" installed. They can easily be added or deleted.

A lot of the accessories that aren't factory-installed (steps, bed lights, paint protection, tonneau, etc) are port-installed. Some, if not most, dealers don't have much say in that portion, either. Basically, they get what they get from Toyota.

May be true with most dealers. All I know is I went through 4-5 dealers and I only talked price on an Army Green Pro. When I found a dealer willing to take less then MSRP ($3,500 actually) I knew this was my dealer. When the terms were agreed apron. I told them I wanted an AG Pro with an Automatic Transmission. And the only options I wanted was mud flaps and tailgate raised lettering. They said no problem. I gave them my $500 deposit and 2 months almost to the day my truck magically appeared. AG with an auto and only 2 options. Mud flappers and raised letters.
