The San Francisco 49ers locked up star tight end George Kittle, who just became the highest-paid NFL tight end ever.
Kittle, a two-time Pro Bowler, agreed to a five-year, $75 million extension with the 49ers, according to multiple reports, the largest contract ever given to a tight end. Kittle, 26, is getting $30 million guaranteed at signing and $40 million guaranteed overall, according to ESPN.

Wish them well ! The upfront money alone on his contract, should be set for life. Needs to talk to a trusted fiduciary ...far too many athletes, actors and lotto winners end up broke smh.

Colin Cowherd seems pretty certain that there will be some kind of Pro football this season.

I'm in a pick em' league picking one winner each week, cant pick same team twice. Been in this league 4 years. First pick is always a little sketchy as plenty of teams you just dont know how they will come together until you see a couple games. This year is even worse with no preseason games.. There are plenty of good matchups and rivalry games week 1. I feel like my best pick week one is Indy over Jacksonville, as I think Jacksonville is more concerned with stockpiling picks than fielding a good team right now(sorry, not sorry, Jags fans). What do you guys think?
