Nice! I think that may have been who it was for. We did the design for some new Pump control panel installations. May have not been them, It was right when i started. I know we see some of those guys at meter school down at myrtle beech each year or at least I see their trucks.

I've looked at these some, I have the DD bulbs now in stock fog projectors. Is it a huge difference?

A few folks have said DD SS3 Pros are good for Offroad but on road they get flashed for bright lights so may want to consider Sports for on road. I don’t have either but I read the threads. Vendors don’t care what you buy but you should read all the posts and decide.

Yeah, I never use mine much now because they don't add that much more than my brights if that makes sense. but i dont want to end up with the opposite problem lol

If you’re getting flashed, then they aren’t aimed properly ;)

Which seems to be a problem aiming DD SS3s for some. Still some who have the Pros say they aren’t suitable for highway, Ill take their word on that. ;)
Even with fogs aimed properly brightness is a factor, when cresting a hill for example.

Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.

I beg to differ. If I’m getting flashed, something is aimed right.

So opened King box. Oil everywhere on one rear shock. Knew that was no normal due to that not being they way my fronts showed up. It looks like its at the hose where is attaches to the remote reservoir. Could be from the factory or something that went wrong during the tuning process. IDK. Either way, they were cool about it, sending them back. It is what it is.

Yeah, not ideal. but it's a crazy slow leak so I see how they missed it. If they tried to make me pay to ship them back or would have been rude I'd been more upset. I was going to check the Nitro to verify the leak but I know its low I'm not even wasting my time

Go buy the DD SAE fogs in yellow and be done with it. Crashnburn did an extensive write up on the lighting and stuff interesting and definitely can geek out on them.

I run the sports as DRL and I honestly wouldn't run the pros onroad even in the daylight. Those things are super bright.

They must not have the actual SAE fogs then and don't have the cutoffs. The cutoffs on my SS3 Pros which are the SAE/DOT ones are almost the same as my old Rigids. In the big thread Crashnburn talks about the cuttoffs and shows them. The only SAE/DOT fog that sucked and had an improper one was Baja. I've never been flashed with mine and have them aimed pretty close to good. I would bet most of those guys have no clue what they are doing aiming lights or don't have the DOT fogs. That's just from my experience and seeing what most people do.
