maybe just get a hitch swingout option (Wilco High Clearance or Rigd) .... would save you the money on a full bumper + swingout and also you'd have the option to remove it when ever you need to.

It is subjective. But OP drives 75 on the freeway. I would not want a 33” tire with armor on stock gears at 75 mph. I think it’s safe to say most would want to regear with that criteria.

Fair enough. I try to stay ~65mph on the freeway. I still get 20-21mpgs if I stay 60 or under. At 70-75mph I get around 17mpgs so I try to stay 65 and under.

Your rig doesn't hunt around or spend a lot of time in 4th and 5th gear on the highway?

This. I don't think the HC actually changes your departure angle vs a standard aftermarket bumper with integrated hitch. It does protect your lower bedsides. I have an RCI rear, non-HC and have scraped the bumper, but have not hit the spare.

Nope, but I drive like a grandma too (~65mph). Only going up the mountain passes around here it likes to drop down to 4th, but there's nothing you can really do about that since you're climb up a mountain lol.

I have full armor, rear bumper, hidden winch mount and winch, 33s and stock gears. Had no issues and got about 18mpg over the 8 hour drive home from my trip. I will be re-gearing at some point as I'm going 35s, but it was no big deal. I was able to drive 70 comfortably at 11k feet where my buddy in a TJ wasn't able to pass 55. I mean, your head isn't getting whipped back with my awesome power, but it was completely drive-able, and that was with my bed full of gear. Gears will be nice, but I haven't actually NEEDED them.

The control off road with new gears is worth it alone in my opinion. So much better ratio.

I wouldn't mind that, especially on steep downhills.
