I always like when you go to cancel a cable or phone service they say “what if I could get the price lowered, maybe even half price.” Well you mean you have been over charging me all this time! My wife used to call Suddenlink at the same time every year, they would offer half price for a year. Then she would call back the next year.

@StayinStock did you get anything from that "on land hurricane" from a couple of days ago?

 

I understand there are parts of the country that Sudden link doesn't suck in but ours isn't one of them. Last year they closed down their local office and were telling people that they had to return items in person to their office to cancel accounts. They neglected to say that the nearest office is an hour away in Truckee and during winter you are NOT getting up there without chains or a capable 4wd vehicle

People around here hate them but they are the only non cellular option in the area.
