But, the unwritten rule does state: Never lay the bike down on the derailleur side. Just common bike knowledge. Think of your derailleur like it’s a fine lady. We must protect her at all costs.

I'd much rather have a derailleur (which is designed to move) hit the bed than discs.

Nah, I do have an old Diamond Back with derailleurs but I'm mostly an 80s rider

Current score..1983 Redline 600A. Gonna take some doing but it was free..

Personal fave, bought 2 years ago as a basket case but all original except tires and grips and restored it. 1986 Schwinn Predator Free Form EX. Before and after:

Another..1986 General Fred Blood signature. 95% original including tires.

The trailer in the after pic is a mobile skatepark in my town. Victoria was a lifelong resident of my town who died sadly after the ALCS game 7 2004 Red Sox over Yankees. The parents donated money to fund the skatepark for the town.

Cool, always liked watching bmx. Coming from a MX background it goes hand in hand. Never took it up though.

Finally got the whip back. Upped the fork to 140mm and the rear is that dpx2 I swooped from Pinkbike. Stoked :headbang:C5540791-925A-40E0-BB18-644469202150.jpg

    not enough.
their tubeless setup was just announced like a week ago. their tubed setup is pretty legit. I've got a friend who's been running the tubed setup and he shreds HARD.
my LBS just became a dealer for them and sold out of the tubeless setup. I'm hoping to try it here pretty soon so I can compare it with my cushcore setup. It sounds very promising. The foam is pretty legit and seems like it can both hold the sidewall pretty well and provide rim protection. On top of that, much easier to install than cushcore.
