Still need to finish the edge of the "butterfly"

    Might mount it here.

or maybe here for that "Kart" look. Plus it's more stable next to the support collar.

Has anyone done hagerman pass between leadville and basalt?

I have to go to Aspen from Denver weekly for work and the Grizzly Creek Fire has shut down i70 and semi trucks acting like jackasses have shut down Independence pass.

I got over to Aspen at 830 this morning and when i got my work done the semis had closed independence pass. I drove through craig/steamboat to get back to denver and that was not fun at all. Doing some quick research cottonwood pass between gypsum and glenwood springs or hagerman pass could be an option that would technically take less time.

Cottonwood pass was shutdown to a semi flipping over on this "ohv" trail also..........

My work "truck" is a 2000 4runner with bilsteins/old man emu springs and all terrains and it looks like i can mob a lot of hagerman pass.

Should be ok. Been a couple years since I ran it from leadville but apparently there is a cabin in there now too. Maybe a spot to hike to to camp....
