Yes. I just used the juice of the preminced garlic because I can never mince it fine enough for something like that and a splash of the dill juice. The vinegar on the pickle juice just took it up a notch. I'm going to try a ginger garlic with siracha next as like an asian flair.

for stuff like that i just use garlic powder. Gives just as much flavor but without the chunks of garlic.

Yeah I was in the fridge and I like the flavor of fresh. I usually use the powder for rubs and stuff so it didn't come to mind. I'm still learning. After @EricL posted that Sam the cooking guy video on the SOS BS thread I've been watching a bunch of his stuff and it's so simple. I want to try some of his but got me cooking more again.

Nothing better on a summer day than a piece of toast with dukes mayo and sliced tomatoes with plenty of salt and pepper

Sam is awesome. I’ve been watching him for a few years now and nice to see he is gaining popularity

Also, you suck at cooking, is by far my fav YouTube channel. Love that guy. Even bought the book recently.

You're supposed to eat fried green 'maters with your tomater sandwich. I like mine drizzled with ranch.

Oh they are completely different watch the video he describes them. My old watering hole had a couple jars of them and pigs feet to much on while you drank your beers. That and beer nuts. I think it was the only bar left in town that still had those traditions.

It's an aquired taste. When I go to Japan in a couple years I'm going to go to the sulfer springs and try one of the eggs that's cooked in them. Seems pretty interesting saw it on Andrew zimmerman I believe.

Ever had rocky mountain oysters? I tried those at June Jam one year and they were quite tasty!
