    Are floor mats a mod?
mine was threaded so I put a shop towel over it and used a pair of big channel locks to unscrew. Heated it with a heat gun first

I had the factory installed tow package cooler. I upgraded to a Hayden 677 ATF temps have been consistently lower. Could go up to the next size, but so far happy with the 677. Used existing bolts on the install.

Drive through a transfer station for weight. They can usually do an unofficial weight for free.

I ran those on my taco, then my dodge 3/4 ton came with them when I bought it. I was happy with them, but I never did any hardcore wheeling either. When I first had them installed on the taco, wifey said they weren't as loud as she was expecting. They did fine for me in the snow and ice over here in my neck of the woods. I was about to get a new set of them in 285/75/16 but they weren't available. Hankook now had a new design which is the replacement for them. It is the dynapro at2 I think. When looking at reviews, and tread pattern, I didn't feel it would perform like I wanted, or like the original so I opted for Cooper at3.

Makes sense. Everyone who has done the 63 swap says the ride is way better too. I guess I'll start collecting parts for the 63 swap...

GCV160 motor? Are you sure it threw a rod? I have That motor in my mower and power washer and they’re basically indestructible. Pull it apart, spare parts are cheap on eBay
