    Actually hard to tell, the yard is the worst it has ever been. Purchased some fungus killer help things along and some more iron.

    I thought it looked better than my first visit - sorry to hear that. Before we cut the trees out front, I had gone through about 3 years of decline no matter what I did. Obviously, more sun changed the front, but nothing changed in back. And the front got beat to death with cutting, people on the roof, and the gas line. Nothing brought it back more than that aerator stuff. I used their water spray fertilizer this year, and better than a bag of Scotts.

    Ya I started to notice earlier in the year and it has just kept declining...I have not figured out what the root cause is yet. I will let this last round set in for another couple of weeks and watch for color change and or improvement.

    You read about St. Augustine Decline, right? Pretty common. I didn't see that your yard looked like that, but I don't stare at it every day either. I had small areas of it.
