Nope! Wait times are always much much faster if you mail in your own differentials vs. waiting for them to send you prebuilt ones. When I mailed in my diffs last year, turnaround time was a couple days as well. That way your truck isn't down for too long.

I suppose that's true. I did the core exchange method. One day, I'll make good decisions and not wheel my daily...

 

A DD is one of the best mods you can do. It's nice being able to wrench on it without the looming stress of having to finish right away. It also affords the opportunity to take on larger projects, like this bed bobbing nonsense.

Long term is cage, inner or outer, not sure because I like using the AC doors. Chop and dove the bed, or flat/utility (unsure of KY legislation there on registered road vehicles). Forced induction of some kind.
All that, and still drive it on pavement to go wheel. Without white knuckling the whole way.

I had a white one that I traded for my truck...stupid slow, but fun to drive.

Interior is small, would not recommend if you have kids or need any reasonable amount of rear seat or cargo space.

 

Unexpected....

I like it. @SearArtist no kids. Would just be a grocery getter/errand getter while the truck can be down for upgrades/repairs/maintenance.
