Were the springs ever replaced by the dealer?

If you want to go cheaper and there isn't one in already, and add a leaf might be a good bet. Slip a small amount of grease in and shouldn't squeak and solve the sagging problem.

l have a 2012 as well, and my leaf springs squeaked pretty bad. l replaced the circular leaf spring bushings that sit between the leaf springs. 4 bushings per side.

Three were worn completely gone, and a two others were worn very thin.

l replaced the bushings, and the squeak is gone.

The replacements are of a different material than what was initially installed on my truck by the factory.

I bought it at my local Toyota Dealer.

Not the best photo, but this is what the spacers look like. They are about 2 inches across.

I used to spray them with WD-40 every week or so. But, l knew that that was only a short term solution.
l changed the bushings about 3 weeks ago, and l haven't heard a peep from them since.

    Good luck.

Let us know how it goes.

Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
I got the OME leaves when I lifted it. Also put on a set of Timbren bump stops at the same time. The Timbrens help keep it level when loaded
